- Serving Louisville Since 1979
The Lally Company Realtors was opened in 1979 by Jim and Sheree Lally, lifelong residents of Louisville, Kentucky. Jim and Sheree were high school sweethearts and married in 1964. By the time, they started their own real estate company after years of being affiliated with others, they were the parents of 6 children and later, of 8 children. Life was busy then, and it still is, with the addition of 14 delightful grandchildren and now great-grandchildren. The Lally's count themselves lucky with 7 of their children, 12 grandchildren, and two grandchildren living right in Louisville. Family times are always large, special, and fun. From their beautiful office at 2017 Boulevard Napoleon in the Highlands area of Louisville, their outreach to the community and to their clients has been admirable. With over 80 years combined experience in the local real estate market, they still get as excited as their clients on moving day when a great home is found and purchased.
From their own words:
"Our goal, at The Lally Company, is to make it easy for you to do what you want to do. We know that Sellers only want to sell and move on with their life in a new direction. That can be a daunting task when there's a house that needs to be sold in the way."
"We know as well that Buyers only want to get settled into their new home. They don't want to be bothered with all the logistics of making that happen. They just want to move in. "
"So, we like to make it a low-stress event in your life. You can relax when we have your home listed. We do all the worrying and strategizing for you so you can begin to plan your move. We help you stage the home for the highest and best return. We attend to all the details of the marketing, showings, negotiations, sale, and the closing. We don't bother you with small problems but we keep you informed of everything that matters. We take the sting out of what has been called 'one of the four most stressful times' of your life. It's our delight to turn it into a happy and memorable experience."
